    Loss and grief

Coping with loss — when grief is hard to carry alone

Losing someone close changes everything. Grief comes in waves, there is no right pace for it, and there is not always someone who can simply be with you in it.

Private online support at a gentle pace, grounded in a psychoanalytic education: so that grief has somewhere to be, without rushing to move on.

The first meeting is a 60-minute online session (€60). This is not medical or crisis care; in an acute state contact emergency services or a doctor.

    Who it is for

    01

We give space to what is here now, at your pace, without minimizing.

    02

    03

    Alongside in grief

We work for as long as needed so you don't carry this alone.
